I worked for ServiceNow for 1,5 years. When I accepted the role I agreed with my hugely supportive manager to have 1 part time day every 2 weeks to spend with my son. Everything was great for the first 6 months, until he (my manager) was forced out of the business. My then VP offered me a promotion within the team. She offered this on the proviso that I gave up my 1 day every 2 weeks, because it would need to be a full time role in the office. This is despite the fact that I was pulling way over my contracted 40 hours to excel in my job – week in and week out. Way to keep a woman down. Horrendous experience as a professional, let alone hard working woman and mother.

I’m in ServiceNow from 2 years and half and convinced that the management strongly prefers men at every level. The way they relate to men and women is different, much more verbally aggressive with women.
It’s a shame because the Technology is a bomb! And I really love it but I never reccomend Servicenow at women.

This has been a pretty great company to work for. They take chances on employees that are new to the industry and really put time and effort into training and getting them to a place where they are a valued employee. While I agree that career advancement can be challenging, in the years that I’ve worked for ServiceNow I have found lots of opportunities to move around into different departments and adventures and always learn new things.

Also as a woman in a technical position, I have found very little issue with being a woman and finding opportunities to pursue.

This is an absolutely horrendous company for women. They do not treat female employees fairly or with respect, and there are significantly fewer opportunities for women to advance than men. Whereas men get promoted left and right for not much at all, highly competent women (especially those coming back from maternity leave, for example) get left miles behind. I do not recommend this company at all (unless you’re a man). Almost no females in leadership (VP positions, or C-level).
