Fiona Lau (she/her)

Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Global Growth
Hailing from Singapore and considering herself a global citizen, Fiona splits her time between Canada, Singapore, and Germany. She joined the WomenHack team in 2017, and has since organized over 130+ events across North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Fiona loves challenging the status quo, and her current jam is to overturn the gender ratio in the tech industry.

Account Executive and Business Development
After a short career in Marketing and Management, Francesca joined the WomenHack team in 2018. She currently lives in Italy and spends her days organizing events around the world, connecting top female talents with great companies.

Ila Avinash (she/her)

Community Manager
Following 3+ years of experience in social media and her college graduation in May 2021, Ila moved to Los Angeles to pursue her Master’s in Digital Social Media. She has recently joined the WomenHack team as a Community Manager, excited to showcase the shattered glass ceilings of talented women all over the world within the tech industry.

Lanz Ashurst

Business Development Associate
The newest and youngest addition to the WomenHack team, Lanz began her career with WomenHack in March 2021 after graduating in December. She currently runs events in over 35 markets globally, and is fueled by her knowledge that one candidate has the power to revolutionize not only an entire company or even an industry but essentially the world.

Lisa BK Hudson (she/her)

Director, Global Events
After a 10+ year career in Public Relations and Marketing in Russia, Lisa moved to the United States and devoted her time and passion to events promoting diversity and inclusion at the workplace. She joined WomenHack in 2017 and is currently based out of New York organizing and running events all over the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
