WomenHack 2025: The Year Ahead in Diversity Recruiting

What to Expect from WomenHack in 2025

As we enter 2025, WomenHack stands at an exciting inflection point. Nearly a decade of growth has built a global community of over 40,000 members, partnerships with hundreds of leading companies, and presence in 130+ cities across 45+ countries. This year, we’re building on that foundation with ambitious plans for expansion, innovation, and impact.

Geographic Expansion

2025 will see WomenHack enter new markets while deepening presence in established ones:

Asia-Pacific Growth: Building on Sydney’s success, we’re expanding across Australia and exploring other APAC markets. Singapore, Tokyo, and additional Australian cities are priorities.

European Deepening: Nordic countries are a focus, with planned events in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo. Eastern European expansion will bring WomenHack to Warsaw, Prague, and other emerging tech centers.

Americas Extension: Beyond established US and Canadian markets, we’re exploring Latin American expansion building on our Buenos Aires foundation.

Format Innovation

2025 introduces new event formats designed to serve diverse needs:

Career Accelerator Events: Multi-session programs combining networking with skills development, mentorship, and career coaching.

Industry Deep-Dives: Specialized events focusing on AI/ML, climate tech, healthcare technology, and other growing sectors.

Executive Circles: Senior-focused events for experienced women in tech leadership roles.

Return-to-Tech Programs: Events specifically designed for women re-entering technology careers after career breaks.
