I have worked for J&J 2 month only! I had a contract there and I opted for a permanent position in another company. However, in all the years of my professional experience, those were the best 2 months. It´s about everything: the culture, the inter-employee relations, the respect. The selection process was really harsh but at the end I was really proud of myself to make it through. I can only thank J&J for that opportunity, it was great!

I worked for J&J for many, many years. They were one of the first companies to value work and family and instituted many programs to support that. They valued the contributions of all employees and made a point to promote from within. They also allowed employees every opportunity to take advantage of the many training or learning and development opportunities that were available.
In the beginning of the recession, around 2008 J&J took a turn and let many employees go without cause,( which was their right). Still, I found it very callous and it turned out that many of those staff member were at an age that made it very difficult for them to find the same caliber of work.
I no longer work for J&J however I still support them and maintain that they were one of the best companies that I ever worked for.

I worked at J&J for twelve years. The company provides tremendous development opportunities and is dedicated to working in service of it’s Credo — a guiding vision penned by a Company founder over 75 years ago that focuses on putting customers first. JnJ understands what it takes to be a highly respected brand in the marketplace and that translates to how they treat their employees: strong benefits; focus on health and wellness; competitive salary; 401k, etc.
