Britain Airways has a policy in place to protect young passengers travelling alone. According to this British Airways Minor Policy, minors between the ages of 5 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone on all flights. There are some exceptions to this rule, however. If a minor is travelling with a sibling over the age of 16, they will not need a chaperone. This policy is in place to keep young passengers safe and to make sure that they have someone to assist them in case of an emergency. If you are travelling with a minor who falls under this policy, be sure to plan accordingly and have all the necessary documentation with you.
