Senior managment was great and communicated well, the benefits were good. Too bad pay and advancement were determined by department leadership. On more than one occasion I was passed over to outside male candidates with fewer qualifications. When I finally got a raise it was still less than what the guys were making.

I ended up leaving because of that.

Aspects that were related/dictated by senior management were great. Unfortunately, equal pay and career advancement are dictated by your supervisor and are two big reasons why I left.
