I cannot comment on pay as I’ve no idea how much the women around me were making. But I’ve not seen any indication of sexual bias while working in walmart. In fact, several directors were women. I worked for the samsclub division and when I left, the director was a woman. I’ve seen the other sister divisions where all are men and only a couple of women and the women were treated as equals.

One young girl employee rose to a position of manager within a year of her being there since she demonstrated competence.

The Best positions are just for men. In the distribution center the assistent manager work 58 hours per week whitout extra pay, plus in our home we have to follow the operation. It’s so tired but the People needs the job…. obviusly the righs are not the same in all over the company.
