VUI was founded by leaders whose primary goal was to improve online shopping using artificial intelligence and machine learning technology.

Over time, the executives saw that online shopping was such a poor experience that customers were giving up and retailers were losing sales.

VUI’s mission is to connect  customers with the products they want, simultaneously increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Based in Boston, MA, and Trento, Italy, the team at VUI has extensive engineering experience and worked on the original Alexa, Nokia, and Rakuten teams.
