I got banned now i cant learn extra anymore an its important

Technically i got banned !how could i possibly get banned from an educational app

Technically i got banned because i was on it all last week and i just wanted to learn more before our big test

One thing I love about being a Product Manager at Varsity Tutors is that due to it’s smaller size, you have more opportunities to be involved in all aspects of the business. At larger companies in a similar role, I worked with other Product Managers, Design and the Development team. Here, I get to work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Tutor Recruiting and Supply as well as the Design and Development teams. I am learning and growing in ways that just weren’t possible at larger companies I worked at before.

I have been with VT for 3 years. I can honestly say that I love my team and the culture here. I have a lot of variety in my work and have been given increasing levels of responsibility as I have been ready for them. My managers and my team believe in me and support me 100%.

I have not seen or experienced any discrimination or drama here – people are focused on the work and creating a successful company that we can all be proud of.

I’ve been with Varsity Tutors for nearly four years and I can’t imagine working anywhere else. When I started, I was amazed with the number of women in leadership positions – this company truly promotes and selects the best person for the role. My department also didn’t really exist and I’ve been given a lot of latitude and support to build, grow and to continue to improve upon it. I love that I’ve been able to work remotely and that I have some say in my schedule – it’s been a huge help to my family/work life balance even if I have to be on call. It is a little harder to advance for a remote employee, but not impossible.

I’ve been at VT for nearly 5 years, and I plan to stay for a long time. The culture is second to none, I love everyone I work with, and being that I am remote, I find I am able to balance work and family life. Though many find it challenging to have opportunities to advance, I have worked hard and steadily advanced over the years.

I have not been at Varsity Tutors for very long, but it instantly stole my heart. The people here are amazing, the vision is inspiring, and it’s so easy to see that Varsity Tutors is only going to keep growing and continue to do wonderful things.
