  1. Equal Pay

    Career Advancement

    Supportive Culture

    Family Friendly

Positive culture due to very kind people. The organization is in its growing pains years, but in terms of tech companies — for women, I think it beats a lot of other companies out on being inclusive and open to changing. 40% of employees are women and 2/7 executives, including the VP of Engineering who runs a large part of the org. Pay and title inequity internally does seem to be a thing, so if you do get an offer, don’t be shy about negotiating.

  2. Equal Pay

    Career Advancement

    Supportive Culture

    Family Friendly

Great office space, perks and benefits (catered lunch 4 days a week, health, etc.). Great culture and values. Smart, engaged and empathetic engineers, embodying the company mission to improve lives through learning. The company advocates for employees’ well-being (work-life balance). Most importantly, executive sponsorship committed to diversity (constantly aiming for better).
