I joined Thoughtworks 3 years ago and can wholeheartedly say that it’s a very supportive company. Even if you do not know how to negotiate salary at all (which is a known pattern for non-males for a variety of reasons) it is still likely that you’ll get promoted and receive regular salary increases. Thoughtworks does their best to find indicators for your performance and create an equal and fair salary structure. Nowadays (2023) we are not travelling as much anymore, which makes it more family friendly.

I’ve been at ThoughtWorks over 6 years and have found it to be a great place to work. ThoughtWorks goes out of it’s way to create an inclusive environment and find opportunities to create and promote a more diverse workplace.

The travel-heavy culture is not the most family friendly, but other than that I think ThoughtWorks is an awesome place to work if you’re passionate about tech and interested in consulting.
