Pros:
Strong team, strong benefits, and genuinely good work-life balance. Temporal has a real product with a growing market, especially with the momentum around Temporal Cloud, open source, and AI infrastructure. The culture is high-trust, low-ego, and collaborative, and I’ve felt supported without being micromanaged.
Cons:
Like most fast-growing companies, priorities can shift and some processes are still catching up with the stage of the business. You need to be comfortable with some ambiguity.
