About Tandem
Tandem is a software consultancy specializing in the research, design, and development of custom software products for midsize to enterprise companies. We’re a talented and diverse group of thinkers, working remotely from locations all over the United States. Since 2011 we’ve worked together to tackle complex technical problems in challenging, highly regulated industries.
Tandem focuses first on people: our clients, their customers, and our team. We believe that small teams of skilled strategists, researchers, designers, and engineers can move mountains when aligned by a common vision and mission.
At Tandem, you will be a part of a remote-first workplace culture that values your identity and life outside of your job. We care deeply about our team and strive to provide benefits that help you prioritize the things you care about. We’re always on the lookout for people who align with our values, share our passion for crafting quality solutions, and who want to have fun in the process.
