Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world’s #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way. The company was founded on three disruptive ideas: a new technology model in cloud computing, a pay-as-you-go business model, and a new integrated corporate philanthropy model. These founding principles have taken our company to great heights, including being named one of Forbes’s ÒWorld’s Most Innovative Company six years in a row and one of Fortune’s Ò100 Best Companies to Work For nine years in a row. We are the fastest growing of the top 10 enterprise software companies, and this level of growth equals incredible opportunities to grow a career at Salesforce. Together, with our whole Ohana (Hawaiian for “family”) made up of our employees, customers, partners and communities, we are working to improve the state of the world.

As usual the SFDC army of positive review trolls is out in full force. They are really on top of their
PR. Don’t believe it, it’s all part of the well paid PR strategy.

The women I worked with and talked to are all still suffering or left already.

Had a pretty traumatic experience working for Salesforce. In my cloud there were no women in leadership positions. Just look up the org chart. The are multiple such orgs in the company where there are either no women at all or a couple token women. Women are basically there to do all the janitorial work but don’t get to run anything. Barely get hired and seldom promoted. The sort of flagrant disrespect towards competent women is nauseating so they all leave.

Hard working women who spent years at SFDC are under-leveled. You can’t make a claim that the pay is fair if your promotion velocity for women is different than men. There’s the white guy promo bar and then there’s one for women which is much higher. Only white or Indian men get promoted. It’s disgusting, not to mention needlessly aggressive. Sure there’s the exception of a few women but they are so rare and don’t make up for the fact that the company is systematically sexist.

Lots of busy work while the product is shoddy. After all the company only ships 3x per year. This is not a tech company.

If you want a stable job with good benefits then yes Salesforce is the company for you. Stay for the abuse they won’t fire you. If however you’re ambitious and look for career growth and expect promotion for your work you’re out of luck unless you’re a dude.

Hands down the best workplace in my 35 year career. Salesforce values diversity, equality and inclusion and those values are visible every day.

Salesforce is a fantastic company for women and families. Recently, Marc Benoit became one of the first CEOs to publicly proclaim that his company would evaluate how Salesforce pays women and make sure that their salaries are equal to men’s. And he did it. He raised the salaries of women across the company.

Salesforce supports families with excellent maternity, paternity, and adoption leave policies, childcare assistance programs, and mother’s rooms in every building.

Teams are incredibly diverse (especially for tech). Many of the teams I’ve worked on in the engineering department have been more than 50% female and a majority non-white. Salesforce also has a rich culture of philanthropy and supporting vulnerable populations and communities.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about how Salesforce supports its employees. They’re setting the standard for the industry.

Best job I’ve ever had. I’ve worked at 12 other tech companies in the past 35 years. Salesforce is the only one who didn’t just pay lip service when it comes to equal pay, diversity, and a supportive culture.
