Our clientele is a mix of small appliance, furniture and mattress retailers. We build and maintain four primary products for our clients: RetailDeck®, WebFronts®, WebFronts® Review™ and AdRocket™. These services allow our independent retailer clients to compete in a huge way with big box retailers.

The Requirements

• Proficient in Java or similar programming language
• BS in computer science (or related field) OR equivalent work experience
• Outgoing, upbeat and able to thrive in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools and software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with JavaScript, Hibernate, and AWS is a plus
• RWS cannot sponsor visa applications at this time

To qualify for this position, a competency test will be administered to evaluate your skills.

The Responsibilities

• Develop new products as a member of one of our Scrum teams
• Maintain existing products and support internal users
• Communicate and work closely with partners utilizing our platforms
• Work closely with in-house departments to complete tasks
• Troubleshoot and problem solve website and platform related issues
