If our plant hadn’t shut down I never would have left. My best job working with inspiring women in leadership positions. Allowed me to enter the program management field and learn best practices. Provided structured training and promoted career growth. I learned great things that I still use today. They were ahead of the times with practices still used today in most leading companies.
