Help Desk Technician in Scottsdale, AZ

We know that in order to fulfill this purpose, we need to add a Help Desk Technician to our corporate team. The ideal candidate for this position will provide unparalleled support to our field offices across the country and be an essential member of our team as we continue to grow.

 

This exciting opportunity will allow you to bring your skills and experience to our dynamic team. As a Help Desk Technician at Medix, you will be responsible for the following:

Job Specifics:

Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, by phone, and electronically.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Research questions using available resources following standard help desk procedures.
Diagnose and resolve end-user network, e-mail, and web access problems
Responsible for laptop and desktop builds and setups.
Install, configure, and make operational computers and other equipment.
Utilize a ticket system to ensure proper documentation and follow through on issues

Requirements and Additional Technical Skills:

Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related field.
2 years Help Desk experience preferred.
Good technical problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose problems through telephone contact.
Knowledge of Google Workplace (GSuite) and Chromebooks
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
Experience training others with the ability to exhibit a high degree of patience and respect for inexperienced users.
The ability to work independently and effectively.
Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate situations and provide sound solutions.
A basic understanding of network administration concepts and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VOIP telephone systems, technical terms and concepts.
Experience working with iPhones/Androids/iPads, and workstations are needed as well
Must sit in our Scottsdale/Phoenix location
