    In my experience, MassMutual is an excellent place for women in technology. Despite being a 165+ year old company, they truly put the customer first as they drive innovation in customer experience. As a woman, there are a lot of resources available to me including the Women’s Leadership Business Resource Group, Mothers’ Rooms, and a very generous maternity leave benefit (10 weeks maternity + 8 weeks parental leave = 18 total weeks for new mothers). I would recommend MassMutual as a great place to work without reservation.
