Lever is an exceptional company for any person, especially any woman to work at. With 1/2 of the board female and a 50:50 gender split across the company it is an incredibly inclusive environment to be a part of. Founders consistently talk about how everyone can do their part to make others feel included, regardless of gender, race, orientation, etc. No cliques here, no shaming, no “tech bros.” An excellent place to have your strengths as a woman recognized and celebrated.
