I joined Leanplum because of the culture and that’s why I have stayed (also because it’s a great product and high growth company). Specifically, I could not feel more supported as a woman. I know for a fact that I was offered equal pay and that Leanplum always offers equal pay, but for some reason they don’t advertise it enough.
I’ve made great relationships with the women at Leanplum and I really feel like I’m respected and taken serious for who I am, not to check a box as a female hire. In my experience so far, Leanplum talks the talk and walks the walk. If you’re a woman you will be more supported and have more opportunities than you have ever had before. At least that was my experience.
