Keane also offers a range of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, as well as application development, consulting, project management, and staffing. The company, which does much of its business in the US, counts agencies of the federal government among its top customers. Keane operates internationally from about 30 offices in 11 countries in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. The company was acquired by NTT Data in 2011.
