What is our mission at juli?

juli supports people with chronic health conditions like asthma, migraine, depression, bipolar disorder or chronic pain through a number of evidence based approaches. It can be overwhelming learning how to manage your health and unclear what can make symptoms better or worse. juli is here to help.

We integrate information that might impact on your condition:

data tracked passively through your smartphone
data tracked passively through your smartwatch or other wearables
environmental data
self-reported data (a few questions asked in the app, relevant to your condition)
Then we help you identify how these factors have an impact. This allows you to pinpoint factors that make your condition worse, and factors that make things better; putting you back in control. Find out more about the different sections of juli on this page.
