I am currently working for J&J Medical Devices in Argentina. It is my 4th year now, I believe that as a corporation they are working hard to improve all these areas, however, local leadership does not change its mindset yet and only promote or sees the ones that shows that can deal with the stress without complaint. Thus, it is causing people works for so many hours per day in opposition with what the corporation is publishings everywhere

This was a very cut throat environment. Not women friendly at all nor family friendly. The job is # 1 at all times and you are frowned upon if you are working towards work life balance. Constant reorganizations so your never have a secure feeling in your position……I split for better pastures.

I worked for J&J at the PRD division in Spring House, Pa 2.5 years. During that time, I was able to continue my education through the tuition reimbursement plan the company offered. The Senior Vice President of the division acted as my mentor while I completed the requirements to complete my Masters Degree. This spoke volumes to me about how J&J’s senior management took interest in their employees and how they valued education. I chose to leave J&J after completing my degree for an opportunity in a different state closer to my family. I have been gone from the J&J family for over 10 years now but still keep in touch with the SVP as well as my supervisor. I would love to work for J&J again if the opportunity arises and would recommend them to anyone.

I worked at JNJ for four years. I was excited to come there, but my last two years was not encouraging. My management team and Human Resources did not create an environment of integrity or support. It was disappointing. I will not go back there.

Johnson and Johnson is the worst company to work for in the industry. I worked for Cordis and Acclarent. There management destroyed both divisions and fired the entire sales force and eliminated both divisions despite great products and talented people.
