I was a contractor for Intel, from 200o to August 2001. I did not get any Intel benefits. It was my first job in UK where I worked with people from other countries and who also spoke another languages. Great culture, good work environment. I`ve seen lots of colleagues, females and males, progressing their careers in the company. I dont know about the wages, I was aware a difference existed due to skills. We had lots of training. Excellent workplace.

I worked here in the early 2000’s at the beginning of my technology career. One of my favorite places I have worked. There were a number of women groups that were supportive of the new woman starting and they sincerely listened to some of our concerns as new women in the field. Also, My male co-workers were supportive of my work and I always had a seat at the table. I can not speak for career advancement or pay as for: I have no Idea how much my male co-workers were getting paid & I choose not to stay there long term for personal reasons.

I worked there in the 90’s and women and tech were still odd. It was a nice company, men always advanced before any women and we didn’t get any where near the same pay.
