    Indeed is a culture that is extremely concerned with the well-being and happiness of their employee base. Our Senior Leaders truly care about the employees and all programs are centered around what is best for them. I have a great work-life balance and never feel like I am being burnt out. We have a great open PTO program that allows for me to take any necessary time off with my family or for mental health. I have moved to a few different roles in my tenure here, which goes to show them encourage internal mobility.     Salary, promotion, everything is calculated from your potential. I became a senior after doing my quarters like everybody else. There is less women in sales cause there is less women applying.
