Marcela Sapone (CEO) and Jess Beck (COO) started Hello Alfred in 2013 from their dorm room at Harvard Business School. On a mission to make help accessible to everyone while providing jobs to support local communities, the two grew the company into the thriving, 25,000 task-a-day operation it is today.
We believe the intersections of people, cultures, and ideas that make cities such vital places to live and work point the way to a more sustainable and conscientious way of living. It’s a future where everyone has the help they need to make the most of their time for the people and things that matter the most.
