First when GREE International just acquired their first American company, it was the best place to work. Dynamic atmosphere, enthusiastic people, excellent benefits, hot food provided 3 times a day every day. Fully staffed kitchen with everything you can imagine from ice cream to a freshly made Jumbo juice of your choice order just for you. Excellent support from the upper management, team building events, etc Yes, we worked hard, most of the time over time with night releases, but everybody was enjoying their job. Majority of employees flew to Japan office to meet Japanese team. It was an excellent time.

However, as soon as GREE International acquired Fanzio, all upper management was substituted by Fanzio guys. And it was the worst management team in my entire career. Absolutely no support, understanding, company goals changed to a different direction; people were cluless. A lot of projects which people worked their asses of were canceled. Company moral and work ethics changed in a negative way. I am not talking about other stuff and benefits that were provided to GREE employees before.

Overall, it’s Okay company to work for without any extra effort because you never will be rewarded for your hard work.
