We seek a (position) to join our virtual team. If you have over five years of leading tech teams, and continue to remain hands-on with technology, with experience in six+ years architecting end to end (device to cloud) IOT or mobile systems on scale, and the challenge of scaling product success at a high performing Fintech-For-Good company sounds exciting, we would love to connect with you!

You’ll get to:

You will lead a product team of brilliant cross functional technologists (iOS/Android/Front-End/Back-end Engineers, QA, DevOps and Data Scientists in the Giving Team). You will have the opportunity to help to bring to life the vision of the Executive Producer of the team while championing the great engineering practices across the organization. You will also be a functional leader to our front-end and device level engineers mentoring and growing those cohorts of engineers.

Collaborate with Leadership, Product Managers, Design Team, Support Team and other key stakeholders to strategize engineering roadmaps for various products
Manage the agile software delivery process including CI/CD
Lead and mentor a team of Mobile, Front-end, Backend, DevOps and Test engineers
Optimize the quality of code delivery and champion best practices
Provide training opportunities and ensure the engineering excellence of the team
Oversee technical team that will create and maintain services at a massive scale used by millions of people
You should bring mad skills & experience:

BS/MS/PH.D. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field of study (STEM)
5 years of experience as an engineer leader managing teams that have developed IOT to cloud systems, open API’s platforms on scale
Scaling cloud architecture for exponentially growing large volume of transactions
6+ years architecting end to end (device to cloud) IOT or mobile systems on scale
Experience designing high availability systems in industries like enterprise, industrials, healthcare, military
PHP, Python, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Systems Architecture Design and Development, Hadoop, Kafka, Big Data
% Travel Required: 4 weeks cumulative
