I am a Genentech lifer and I could not be more proud to work for such an amazing company that puts their money where their mouth is and truly puts patients first.
They also are an incredible company to work for not on as a woman but as a professional and family-oriented individual. They just recently extended maternity leave and they provide paid leave for men as well. There are countless benefits that I’m still finding out new ones every few months.
