3. Agreed with previous comment, if you are not in the friends and family list, or product UX group, you have no fun no future no credit no visibility here.
Was there before the new leadership came in. During that time there was a lot of nepotism and leadership was generally unqualified. Two distinct groups — friends and family of leadership and hipster UX and product. If you weren’t in either group the culture was pretty unsupportive.
