Dynamic Planner is a multi-award-winning service with a 17-year track record of success. We help you ensure investment suitability for your clients initially and on an ongoing basis. Dynamic Planner is the most widely used risk profiling and asset allocation process in the UK, used by thousands of advisers and paraplanners from large networks and nationals to high quality regional and local firms and private client management firms up and down the country. A growing number of firms use Dynamic Planner internationally too.

Further, every team member has a Personal Development Plan and evolving individual goals they agree on and work towards alongside their manager.

Culture
At Dynamic Planner, we pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and a diverse work culture, where we genuinely care about one another – and work together as and across teams. Individual views and opinions are respected and listened to and team members are supported if they have wider issues they are dealing with, at or outside work. People’s health and mental wellbeing is paramount. Yes, we are colleagues in a work setting, but we are also friends, and are there to support and encourage each other when people need it most. We pride ourselves on having the ability and strong team to be able to work remotely whilst still delivering top class service to our clients.

Social
We are a small enough organisation – currently totalling approximately 75 team members – to genuinely encourage an entrepreneurial spirit – you really can get involved in exciting, big projects. There is of course a time to knuckle down and focus on those tasks, but equally we recognise that there is a time to enjoy the sociable side of work, which includes regular company gatherings, like an all-company offsite day in the summer, or something more informal like joining the Dynamic Planner team at a local pub quiz.
