Today, we’re one of the fastest, most reliable food delivery services in North America. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. We want to share our revolutionary logistics technology with every business around the world, to streamline how our cities and local economies work. Make no mistake, it isn’t going to be easy, and our mission isn’t for the faint of heart. But if you’re daring, and you want to make a dent, let’s chat.

I’ve been with DoorDash for almost 3 years now, so I’ve seen the ebb and flow of this company from its early stages, and I’m very proud to be part of the team to this day. I also know the founders sincerely care about ensuring DoorDash is an incredible place to work and learn. This is the most supportive workplace I’ve ever been in. Genuinely speaking, I’ve had more opportunities (and conversations about) career growth here than any other company I’ve worked for. The team consists of intelligent, driven, and passionate individuals. We think of ourselves as a family (even though we’re growing & expanding rapidly!). Do we have issues arise occasionally related to diversity? Yes. But the wonderful thing about DoorDash leadership is they aren’t afraid to have honest and frank conversations about areas that need improvement — and they take action for immediate resolution. There’s a level of transparency at the company that is not typical for Silicon Valley. We have a strong initiative to further develop a solid women’s network at the organization. The group currently meets on a regular basis and will even be hosting a full-day offsite retreat for women at the company. I’m pretty floored by how much care and attention DoorDash puts towards fostering a healthy, supportive, honest, diverse, and open-minded team. I have an intense (long) commute, but because I love my coworkers and the amazing working environment at DoorDash, it’s absolutely worth it. Job satisfaction happens when you truly love the work you do, you have a team that supports and challenges you in the best ways possible, you work with brilliant people who encourage you to grow, develop, and lead, you make a positive impact in the organization through your efforts, and you enjoy life outside the office as well! I can check all those boxes at DoorDash.
