Who says it’s not critical to watch television? Critical Mention’s CriticalTV is a Web-based television search engine and service that monitors broadcast television news in real-time, offering users to-the-minute news (both video clips and written transcripts) about their company, customers, and competitors. The company’s search platform allows customers to be instantly alerted when their keywords or brands are mentioned on TV. Users can also perform archival searches. Critical Mention’s content partners include AP Television News Limited, CNBC, and MacNeil/Lehrer Productions. Clients include firms from the communications, financial services, professional services, non-profit, and government industries.
