Unprofessional and unqualified management team made the employment at Chartboost unbearable. As a woman, I was treated like a recent graduated dude, expected to work late hours all the time and not able to pick up my children from daycare on time. The atmosphere is not supportive and no one would listen or attend to the concerns.
