I worked for CBRE for a year. It was a very toxic environment and I wouldn’t work for them again. They care nothing about your career advancement and upper management only makes false promises for their own self gain. HR is non existent. Since my departure 6 others have also left.

I worked with CBRE for 10 months. It was a very professional experience. I reported to a female District Manager and our team was mixed male and female. I had hoped to work with CBRE longer, however my property was sold and CBRE did not get the assignment.
I worked at CBRE for about 12 years & was one of the few women in a management position. They were the best years of my life in terms of camaraderie and meeting great people. The firm was at that time a culture of mostly men, but they were great men in the area I worked. It was always a question as to why more women were not in power positions at that time. I am not sure how that has changed, but I loved my years there!
Company focused on revenue generation by brokers and offered little to no advancement, lack of management that was inclusive and few recognized true talent.
no comments besides that I wouldn’t work again for cbre
