I believed that BZ had the potential to be something great. I was wrong. Executive team micromanages and does not listen to the leadership team that is on the front line. I understand that when you are a new business, you change direction on a dime, however, when you are not willing to make the changes that need to be made, it is counter intuitive. Pay is not the same across the board and seems to be based more on whether they like you. There is NO advancement. Most of the office is single, so they plan company outings that include alcohol frequently. In addition, 98% of the staff is under 35, and they do not like to hire anyone older than that. In fact, one of the executive team actually said, “She may be too old to get the tech.” Very disappointing.
