Compensation and benefits are excellent but the corporate culture has a big problem. There is a strong firewall between management and staff and information only flows one way. Worse, they constantly pivot the company and don’t mind cancelling projects no matter how much they’ve invested in them. That’s because most of their income doesn’t come from their products but from licensing rights. Sure, they’d love to produce some profitable products, but mainly to whitewash their reputation. There are some really nice and bright people there but there are some really toxic ones too and overall can’t recommend.
